It's all biology/culture based.

Notice the "perfect female" chosen by men has larger boobs, wider hips, shapely thighs and a slender but cushy tummy...all things that indicate high chances of success in child bearing. Even the voluminous hair indicates good nourishment and hormonal balance. The perfect female according to women is something straight out of a Vogue magazine. The only real difference between the "perfect male" selections is hair and muscle mass. Guys choose beefier because it indicates physical dominance while women choose slightly leaner which suggests more stamina.
